I currently offer members 4 video downloads per month, but would love if some users could pay the extra download fee that I charge guests (I charge a fee to watch and then a smaller fee to download)

Hi Kris. I love the new feature, but I fear it isn't working as intended. The additional download price can be set at the membership level AND at the individual video level. When I set the additional download price on the individual video level, EVERYONE was charged the $10, as far as I can tell. I have had twice the cancellations this month as any other month, right after that issue came up, and I can't say it is because of this, but I worry it is. I can't tell how to best utilize this feature so that it works for all my members in the way it is intended. Please advise!
