Sometimes people request videos either that I can’t complete, or that we did not discuss. And that puts me in a tight spot since the request automatically goes through. If I was required to accept or decline the order that would be cool.
Or even have a cancellation/refund button for me to reverse a custom order request…

If you are using the Order Management system you approve or decline orders that come in. We had a huge announcement when we released this feature a couple of months ago. Here's a help center article about the feature: https://help.mymember.site/en/articles/9114689-orders-management-system

Ebonybooty49: Yes, message us via support but just be sure to toggle ON the Order Management for each store item that you want to use it for.
