It's really easy to do I think! Just have a place where you can upload a PNG for default (when just navigating) and clicker (when a link is selected) for the cursor .. and it would be a really fun way to customize a website!

Love this idea! Reminds me of the good old days of tumblr, and to some extent today, where you can customize the css/html of your site for eeeeeverything. Rainbow sparkles? Neon text highlight? Wiggly mousover links? Cute pet that winks when you click it and takes you to a random post? You got it! :D
Afaik css/page customization is in the works, so this would be a great adition to it 💙
