I would find it very helpful for the admin to include a labeling option that is not visible on the site, but that is useful for organizing/locating a video file based on something other than its title. Personally, my files are named YYYY_MM_DD_001, which tells me the date of production as well as the video reference number. Not having the ability to cross reference the admin with my reference log is unhelpful.
