heres an idea... in their member profile they can check a box to make visible to others. Their profile pic would be a third category on members page below VIDEOS, PHOTOS then --MEMBERS--

Kris (mymember.site): yes, below the photos gallery section would be another gallery with photo posted by member in their profile page. Sorted by country and state or whatever is easiest. Members could contact other members unless they unchecked the box LET OTHER MEMBERS CONTACT YOU in their profiles page
