Hi, there's a delay in comments, messages and I feel it would be beneficial for communication if we got notifications as soon as they happened. Sexting, video call payments would be faster and response time would be faster as well making supporter experience better. Sometimes I don't reply fast enough because I'm not aware of messages

Ashley I agree with you 100%. Our notifications need a LOT of improvement. We agree that good notifications are critical to good user experience. Here are the plans:
- Introduce an instant SMS (text message) option for both members and admins (currently in the design phase)
- Introduce desktop notifications and push notifications for the mobile app (also soon we'll finish the ability to install the dashboard as an app).
We are about to finish a couple of massive features that have been clogging things up for us and going into 2024 we'll be fixing up a lot of the little thing that are missing. We are hoping to be able to tackle most of the items in this feedback system in 2024.
