Site domain at the top of all admin pages

I have multiple websites with MyMember. It would be very helpful if the domain was prominently displayed at the top-left of all admin pages so that I don't loose track of which site I'm working on.

As part of the networking feature we will release a global accounts feature that will allow you to have a single account and manage multiple sites from that account. It will be very clear in the main menu which site you are editing.
