Wix offers this and I find it a great tool for interacting with members. In case i'm not calling it the right name I am speaking of a chat box like the one we use with support. Only difference is we get a text message when someone logs into the site so we can jump online and introduce ourselves formally or just a brief engagement.... on XTube a simple comment ecn goes a long way.
