Story formatting to be consistent between desktop and mobile

Have the option to minimize or make the story video to fit the story player, regardless if it is vertical or horizontal. Right now story videos that are horizontal are stretched and not properly scaled for mobile viewing.

If only “stories” were treated like “videos”, we wouldn’t even need horizontal “stories” cause then vertical clips would be posted on “stories” and “videos” could continue being horizontal.
